Crop cylce and ecology	Early Asian winter variety for the production of bunching spinach in Autumn, Winter and Early Spring. Good results were obtained over the Summer as well. For baby leaf we recommend Winter production only.
Plant habit	Slightly serrated pointed leafs, upright plant habit with sturdy plants allowing great flexibility whilst harvesting. Good cold tolerance with medium fast bolting. Very nice looking bunches of dark green plants, high quality and high marketable yield.
